Description:

A yoked sweater with hood or quarter zip. An easy wearing style for Winter.

View A is a hip length Hoodie with a band hand opening pouch pocket and yoke upper - perfect for showing off feature fabrics, View B has a quarter zip and collar.

Both Views are a relaxed fit with a drop shoulder and roomy fit sleeves.

Designed as a beginners introduction to sewing in zippers in knits

View A:

- Open neck front hoodie

- Hem sleeves

- Waistband

- Kangaroo pouch pocket with contrast fabric banded edge

View B:

- Quarter Zip

- Cuffs

- Elastic Cased Waistband

Fit Information:

The pattern is a multi-size pattern to fit the size range of XXS - 4XL.

The pattern is a casual, relaxed, easy wearing fit. 

View A is above crotch level, View B is on crotch level

Fabric Information:

This is a pattern designed for knit fabrics

For best results please choose medium knits with at least 30% horizontal stretch such as French Terry, Hatchi, Sweater knits and DBP.  Please see the "More Information" tab for further details. The pocket hand opening is best sewn in ribbing - if you are using self fabric you may like to reduce the length slightly - 85% suggested

Trims:

View B requires :

- Zip - 7" - 18cm

- Elastic - 1 inch - 2.5cm width (see cut chart for details)

- Fuse (fusible interfacing) for collar

Construction Information:

A full written booklet with photo step-by-step sewing guide is included.

View A is very easy sewing, View B is slightly more challenging (Confident beginner or Intermediate)

This is a professionally drafted fashion industry construction pattern, which I have made and graded to industry standard guidelines.

Construction Information is available as a fully illustrated (photos and instructions) PDF for all levels of sewists. 

Available for purchase is a digital download, a pdf file able to be immediately printed to your home printer. Download the pattern after payment. Once purchased, the pattern will be in your account forever, and you can download it as many times as you want. Due to the nature of the product there are no refunds.

- A0 Size Copy Shop Print File - Includes Layers

Please ensure before you print that your printer settings are set to "DO NOT SCALE" (Print actual size)

Please print the page with the test square as a single print job before you send the full pdf document to the printer, with your printer settings on "do not scale". This will print a test size square which you can measure to ensure the pattern will print to the correct size. There is a square of 10cm, and a square of 4inch

These print in black ink with grainlines in red ink. You may prefer to change your print settings to "draft" to save ink.

You will need Adobe Reader to read the file and a printer to print out the pattern.
