This is a professionally drafted fashion industry construction pattern, which I have made and graded to industry standard guidelines.

A Construction Sequence only is included

The design is a V neck side tail asymmetric tunic, with the neckline options of a hood with drawstring or simple band, optional side seam pockets and full length sleeves. The side tail has 2 height options.

Please purchase a knit fabric - jersey - that has stretch as the garment requires this to fit properly - this is designed as a contour T shirt (dress type) fit in the upper body so medium weights with good stretch are advised - such as french terry, sweater knits, or similar. Blue floral garment in pictures shown is made in a Poly Rayon Spandex French Terry; Black garment shown is a loose weave polyester sweater knit.

Fit Information:

The pattern is a multi-size pattern to fit the size range of XXS - 4XL.

Choose your size according to your bust measurement - choose the size that is most close.

Garment pictured is a Medium - it fits a NZ size 12 / US size 8. It is recommended that you check the size guide and that you sew a test garment first to check for fit. This tunic is made for a contour fit in the upper body,

As a guide I normally wear a NZ12 -US8 - Medium - and I feel this is true to size. Choose your size based on the loook you want. The size guide is included in the information sheet included in the downloads when you purchase this pattern - you can see a screenshot of this page in the images here

The length at centre front is tunic height - upper mid thigh - and the longer length version drops to knee height at the side tail.

Available for purchase is a digital download, a pdf file able to be immediately printed to your home printer. Download the pattern after payment. Once purchased, the pattern will be in your account forever, and you can download it as many times as you want. Due to the nature of the product there are no refunds.

It is printable at home in both US letter and A4 sizes. The pages are very easy to assemble, simply match the letters and numbers of the grid and tape or stick glue into position before cutting out. There is an A0 Printshop file option which is 3 pages.

Please ensure before you print that your printer settings are set to "DO NOT SCALE" (Print actual size)

Please print the page with the test square as a single print job before you send the full pdf document to the printer, with your printer settings on "do not scale". This will print a test size square which you can measure to ensure the pattern will print to the correct size. This square is 10cm (which is just short of 4 inches - 3 15/16") . The test square will normally be the last or the first page, depending on your printer.

These print in black ink with grainlines in red ink. You may prefer to change your print settings to "draft" to save ink.

You will need Adobe Reader to read the file and a printer to print out the pattern.
