This pattern is a quick, easy to sew winter jumper featuring a boat neckline with Dolman style extended shoulders. The fullness of the upper sleeve at the elbow creates a blouson effect where it joins the fitted lower sleeve. Designed with a self-fabric waistband and neckband, or choose a ribbing option

This is a professionally drafted fashion industry construction pattern, which I have made and graded to industry standard guidelines.

Fabric:

Please purchase a knit fabric - jersey - that has stretch as the garment requires this to fit properly. Medium weights are sugested. You can use the same fabric for the neckband and waistband, or could purchase ribbing or use a contrast fabric such as Cotton Elastane (C/L).

Fit Information:

This sweater is made as a relaxed fit in the upper body and firm fit around the hips, It has a straight front hemline, slightly curving toward the centre back. The sleeves are a standard length long sleeve - it is loose with a blouson fit to the elbow, then fitted from the elbow to wrist.

The pattern is a multi-size pattern to fit the size range of XXS - 4XL.

Choose your size according to your hip measurement - choose the size that is most close. The size guide is included in the information sheet included in the downloads when you purchase this pattern - you can see a screenshot of this page in the images here, and is based on a height of 5'6"

Garment pictured is a Large. It is recommended that you check the size guide and that you sew a test garment first to check for fit.

Additional Information:

Available for purchase is a digital download, a pdf file able to be immediately printed to your home printer. Download the pattern after payment. Once purchased, the pattern will be in your account forever, and you can download it as many times as you want. Due to the nature of the product there are no refunds.

It is printable in both US letter and A4 sizes. The pages are very easy to assemble, simply match the letters and numbers of the grid and tape or stick glue into position before cutting out.

Please ensure before you print that your printer settings are set to "DO NOT SCALE" (Print actual size)

Please print the page with the test square as a single print job before you send the full pdf document to the printer, with your printer settings on "do not scale". This will print a test size square which you can measure to ensure the pattern will print to the correct size. This square is 10cm (which is just short of 4 inches - 3 15/16")

These print in black ink with grainlines in red ink. You may prefer to change your print settings to "draft" to save ink.

You will need Adobe Reader to read the file and a printer to print out the pattern.
