Fit:

Fabric:

Please purchase a knit - stretch fabric - medium to heavier weights are best. Choose a fabric with good cross body way stretch and some vertical stretch such as polar fleece, micro fleece or super plush. Stable 4 way knits are also suitable.

Trims:

You will need 11 buttons - suggested size is 36L - 23mm - 7/8. You can go larger but for best results don't go smaller. As an alternative you could use snaps.

You will need fuse (fusible interfacing) suitable for your fabric choice

Additional Information:

This pattern includes 2 button template guides. These are templates only, do not cut out of fabric. To use them, simply place the guide on top of your finished garment and mark the button position.

It is printable as

- A Layered Trim file - both US letter and A4 sizes. The pages are very easy to assemble, simply match the letters and numbers of the grid and tape or stick glue into position before cutting out.

- A Layered "No Trim" file - for US Letter size paper

- A Layered "No Trim" file - for A4 size paper

- A Layered A0 Size file for Copy Shop printing

Please ensure before you print that your printer settings are set to "DO NOT SCALE" (Print actual size)

Please print the page with the test square as a single print job before you send the full pdf document to the printer, with your printer settings on "do not scale". This will print a test size square which you can measure to ensure the pattern will print to the correct size. 

These print in black ink with grainlines in red ink. You may prefer to change your print settings to "draft" to save ink.

You will need Adobe Reader to read the file and a printer to print out the pattern.
